With a Little Help From My Friends: Amazon Scout Campaign for The Highway West

If you are reading this post on my blog, I presume that you have some interest in me as a person and as a writer.  And if that’s the case, I could really use your support right now.

I’ve entered my novel The Highway West into the Amazon Scout Program.  This means that they place books in a contest where readers judge and nominate the entries they find most appealing.  The campaign for The Highway West is now officially live and you can click here to read it.

It would mean the world to me if you would consider visiting my book campaign and consider nominating The Highway West.  This book has had a weird history.  The Highway West has been held over by two different publishers for more than a year before getting hit with department restructures.  I think it is a good book that deserves a chance at life.

Nominating a book campaign is free and very easy.    If you have an Amazon account, you already have access to Amazon Scout.   Want more details?  Kindle Scout is reader-powered publishing for new, never-before-published books. It’s a place where readers help decide if a book gets published. Selected books will be published by Kindle Press and receive 5-year renewable terms, a $1,500 advance, 50% eBook royalty rate, easy rights reversions and featured Amazon marketing.
