I have a busy month ahead.
First, I need to edit the keen anthology Into the Dreamlands for Simian Publishing. I am very excited by it.
Next, I need to edit my novel Abigail’s Dragon. I had a brief meeting with one of the test readers and I think it was positive. I do have quite a bit of work to go.
On the bright side, I received an email from Ellen Datlow requesting a review copy of Gods and Monsters. Ms. Datlow is one of the biggest editors in the business and co-edits the Years Best Fantasy and Horror anthology. It cheered me up, even though I know it wasn’t really a big deal. I hope one of the writers in the anthologies receives an honorable mention.
