So it looks like I have two acceptances, which is good. Neither flat out said that, but that was the impression I got. One might have been a hold.

I also got a rejection on another story. I found out the anthology that I wrote it for was folding so I resubmitted it. It was based on “bad stuff happening to a famous writer” and I did ask the writer for permission. However, the permission was more limited than I understood and said writer was somewhat concerned. The misunderstanding was my fault and I’ve trunked the story for good. I’m being vague so as not to stir anything else for said writer. If said writer reads this, I apologize.
