Today has been a big day.
I was able to get a lot of writing done on my novel.
The publishing site is up: http:\\www.simianpublishing.com . I worked out some more details on the process. We started getting submissions for the Gods and Monsters anthology. Crossroads is moving forward.
I got a couple of rejections today. The best one was from Spicy Slipstream Stories. I didn’t have high hopes for this one because I’m not all that certain I completely grok slipstream. Not only did I get a nice note, but it had the best rejection form ever. Yes, it is true. My story does indeed need more cowbell. In fact, I have a fever and indeed the only prescription is more cowbell.
I think I did place a story, which is pleasing. But I don’t want to jinx it, just in case I misunderstood things.
